Rooms within the hall can be hired for one-off events, or on a more regular basis. Please check the diary of events below. you can either book using the calendar system, or contact the Booking Secretary as indicated.
Draycott Memorial Hall has the following key facilities, which are included in bookings :
• Fully operational kitchen with serving hatch, to include crockery and cutlery.
• New seating throughout
• Use of the main hall PA system (inc hearing loop)
• Free WiFi
• Wheelchair accessible (except upstairs room)
• Plenty of parking
Main Hall
Boasting a large stage, the Main Hall is suitable for large meetings,
plays, concerts, exhibitions, parties, exercise classes and weddings.
It has a capacity of 250 standing or 150 seated (with table and chairs).
Size : 10.5m (W) X 16M (L)
Hire charges : Non-commercial £14.50ph/ Commercial £16.50ph
Children’s Parties : £26.50ph (includes use of the Corrick Room)
Corrick Room
Suitable for small meetings or parties and exercise classes.
It has a capacity of 50 Standing or 40 Seated. There is a small sink and worktop along one side.
Size : 6.2m (W) x 8.8m (L)
Hire charges : Non-commercial £12.00ph / Commercial £13.50ph
Sedgemoor Room
This is an upstairs room, suitable for meetings, and training sessions. Being upstairs it is not wheelchairs accessible. It has a capacity of 30 seated or 20 seated around tables
Size : 6.2m (W) x 11.2m (L)
Hire charges : Non-commercial £12.00ph / Commercial £13.50ph

You no longer need to call or email, just follow the basic instructions accessed from the link below.
