With an area of nearly 28 square metres (300 square feet), the kitchen provides a superbly equipped, well lit and up to the minute preparation area more than able to allow for on site preparation of meals for the larger function. Plenty of worktop and tabletop space and ample cupboards along with a double drainer sink and hand wash basin ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment, while a large serving hatch with easy access to and from the main hall doubles as a bar after food is served
 

The cooker is a large, top of the range double oven catering model in stainless steel with eight gas hobs and a large eye level grill. The refrigerator is also a large catering quality model that fully complies with all the food hygiene regulations.
A microwave oven, kettles and a large urn along with sufficient crockery and cutlery for 200 place settings are also available.
A fast industrial catering quality dishwasher is a recent addition, reducing the post meal workload significantly.
