How to Book
|

To book Draycott Memorial Hall for your event or function, or to enquire about making a regular booking for your club or organisation, please
Ring the Booking Secretary on 07851 410459 OR e-mail us using the Contact Us link below the menu.
Your email will be forwarded to the Booking Secretary who will contact you either by telephone or email.
Please ensure your e-mail provides us with the following information:
Name of hirer and organisation represented (if applicable) - please include an address and telephone number. Date(s) of intended hire. Start and end times of hire. Which room or rooms are required. Precise nature of event or function. Any other information you think relevant. The booking secretary will advise on availability and pricing.
Terms of Hire will be sent to you along with a booking form for completion and return together with a security deposit bond which is refundable subject to the Hall being left in a clean and undamaged state. Please note that all cheques will be presented.

An escorted visit and tour of the facilities can be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Please ask the booking secretary about this.

DOWNLOAD BOOKING FORMS Print, complete and post to the Booking Secretary (address on form) together with your security deposit
You will need Acrobat Reader on your PC to view and print the Booking Form or the Terms of Hire. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your PC click on the link to download it.
